I don't know if it works but I do know everytime I drink it I get sick and nauseated
Good tea but didn't work for me. Felt like it increased my supply as some of these herbs are known to have that affect
This tea tastes great and was helpful when it came time to wean my daughter.
I am so happy I bought this tea to dry up my milk supply! I started drinking this after my daughter turned 1 week old, due to her not latching and pumping was very hard on me I decided to dry up and switch to formula. It only took 6 days for me to completely dry up (since I had not been lactating long to begin with) and it tastes really good and is not over powering! I was doing 1 tea bag, 2-3 times a day for the first 4 days and then the last 2 days I did 2 tea bags in 1 cup, 1 time a day and it worked great for me! I'd recommend to anyone!
I bought this because my son just up and decided he was done nursing. I had a major oversupply issue. I followed someone's review and started with one cup a day and worked up to 2/3 after a week or so.
