I was having up to four leg cramps a night and was absolutely miserable. I did some research and found this third trimester tea that was meant to help with leg cramps and other third trimester issues. After about four days of drinking this tea three times a day my leg cramps finally stopped! Highly recommend if you are having painful leg cramps.
I love this tea! It's nice hot, but I've taken to brewing it in the morning and then putting it in a mason jar with a little brown sugar to chill and having it in the afternoon. SO GOOD!
I love the taste of this tea. It helps with cramps!
I have enjoyed drinking this tea at night time - helping me relax and sleep better at 36/37 weeks pregnant.
Really enjoy this tea! The mint in it helps with heartburn and hoping the red raspberry leaf tea helps with labor!
